  1. Hi Corey Thanks for allowing us access to your work, is there any chance, if it's not too hard, that you could change the injector worksheet so that larger data can be entered into it?
  2. As Corey does not appear to be coming here anymore, I ask the question to some of you knowledgeable types, can something like his app be made from Excel?
  3. thanks for the replies I was aiming at trying to find out how to get it into part throttle mode or at least where it comes from, as when in Max Power mode the desired cam angle (VCT TRG INT) is reaching the cam angles specified by auF16501 (VCT Angle) and limited by auF16610 (VCT Angle Max Retard) when at steady driving, until the cruise control is activated. (The cam is achieving the desired position and then moves a lot) When I activate cruise control, I get a jump of sometimes over 20 degrees in cam timing, while my wife's car is already using the larger retard numbers The screen shot shows the change when cruise control is activated (just after the blue position line), the torque source goes to 14, the cam source goes to 2 and the cam moves just over 20 degrees as though it is ignoring auF16610 My car = HAER1UB Her car = HAEE4TY p.s auF16610 has the name VCT Angle (RPM - rpm, Load - LOAD) but in the table the description is Maximum allowed Overlap Angle based on RPM and Throttle Position. which I think maybe a mistake.
  4. Hi Rolls I've read through it again and unless I'm missing it, there is really nothing there that indicates where the source originates from. Is it possible for me to change my tune file strategy to a different one without more credits (adding my VIN to the new one) to find a strategy that does not do it and then do a compare the two to see what is different, to find a possible scaler/table etc?
  5. Does anyone know where or what "Cam Source" comes from? My Sprint calibration Cam Source drops into "Maximum Power mode" as soon as the throttle is applied, even in neutral, my wife's FG G6ET does not act like this.
  6. thank you for the honest reply
  7. This cleared my Adaptions as well, FG MK2 Thank you very much
  8. Is there any plans to have Histograms use filters?
  9. probably a good idea, no use both of us doing the same thing at the same time
  10. I just attempted to flash a BF ZF file that I have that is licensed to another car into my FG Mk2 I get the same warnings as Bill
  11. I'm getting worried to try to flash this at home in my driveway in case it leaves me stranded. But if I get game is it just a matter of bringing up a licenced BF tune that I have and then when flashing it in, just write to the TCM? Leave the ECU alone? If I get any warnings, do I just ignore them?
  12. No chance of an issue by just flashing it in? Obviously not going to try to use it to run the car
  13. I redid it that way, still did not reset
  14. I set ZF03182 to 0, flashed it, tuned on data logger and learned values were still there, I reset ZF03182 to 1 reflashed it again, checked with logger again and still the same values remaimed. FG Mk2 XR6 T
  15. can some one please explain what these actually do when using a histogram? Std dev: Filter - I assume this filters possibly what is entered into the Std dev box? Sample - I think that is self explanatory Ignore - ignore what?
  16. thanks, I've been logging those for a while now and they are what the topic is about, I'm also interested to know whether a positive number is adding pressure or it's reporting how much the pressure was too high. I always assumed it was adding
  17. Which numbers is Roland talking about that you found? These ones?
  18. Is there a definite way to reset the learned adaptions on a ZF in FGmk2? turning them off and back on again is not resetting them And has anyone found anything to make the adaptions occur in less time?
  19. RVO do a modified E clutch set up that uses Powerglide clutched which give more clamping area, he confident that it's strong enough to have WOT shifts with no Torque management interaction, although in mine I still have it enabled
