  1. What method is best to recalibrate the speedo for different tyre sizes? I can calibrate the instrument cluster, but wondering if there is a better way to do this
  2. Auf11992 What exactly is this scaler? Ive noticed the later model fgx/ sprint have option 3, earlier fg have option 1. What are the options as the description runs out
  3. What tables/ scalers need to be changed to achieve this method?
  4. So adjusting auf16657 in the 30 degree, 550rpm to 1000rpm, should these values be increased or decreased to make it leaner?
  5. With stock cam adder values, around -10. Lowering the numbers for 35 and 60 degree overlap brings it down to about 8, but cant lower it further, and thats lowering them from 1 to 0.5
  6. So i checked stft and they were at 1% with the stock overlap adder for fuel. Changed to the settings in the 1st post and its still at 1% but sounds better.
  7. I will double check in the morning. Even with 35deg overlap, i barely get much lump, would running e85 have an effect on this? The effects were a lot more noticable on 98, on e85, same settings seems to just "stumble" rather than have a lump. Maybe the fuel trims are off
  8. Just touching base on this, has anyone fine tuned their ghost cam settings and willing to show what they have found works best for drivability too? Mine tends to want to drop idle rpm too much coming back into the overlap cells, even with idle speed set higher
  9. I think he means that if say one of the torque management settings is a 0.5, dont put 0.6 or above. The values are fr9m 0-1, 0 being no torque management and 1 being max. Theres another thread that explains in further detail the order the torque management is carried out in the how to section
  10. I will give this a shot and see how i go. Thanks
  11. Yes. Ive compared to a few xr6 files, as well as the sprint calibration. Plus my old car tune file
  12. Fg g6e turbo. 2008 HAEDJR5 and comparing to stock file
  13. So im trying to enable some shift burble but for some reason its not working. Ive done a compare to a stock file and copied spark, fuel and throttle torque managemwnt settings and its not working. Have also checked system switches and cant see anything disabled. Are there other settings that may be not alowing this to be turned back on? I just cant seem to see anything else that would be causing it. Thanks
  14. tried finding those scalers but cant find them. maybe workshop only?
  15. Just to touch base on this, setting -10 degrees in decel spark table makes for some good pops for free revving decel.
  16. At the time I was using forscan. And could tell by decel pips I was getting. I just changed decel spark to -10 and logged with live link and am getting -10, just wasn't sure if there was a torque management setting that also controls decel spark angle
  17. This is a strange one, a previous vehicle I had on decal spark used to drop to -10 degrees even though decel spark was set at 15 deg. Now another vehicle with the same decel table and spark torque management tables still run 15 degrees and not 10 degrees. Is there a table or scaler I'm missing that allows-10 degree decel spark without changing decel spark table? Cheers
  18. Ah ok. I was thinking for just my personal vehicle. Thanks for the info though, will look into that option
  19. Is there an app, or in the future, an ability to flash a tune file from an android or Apple base, say for multiple tunes? Instead of using laptop etc Cheers guys and keep up the good work
  20. I don't think there will be an issue as the osid and vin should match on both platforms? Correct me if I'm wrong
  21. When in compare view, trying to scroll partially down when comparing 2 larger tables can be difficult as it wants to scroll past the current table instead of scrolling at the same rate. Is there a fix for this coming as I've noticed it's been on all previous versions
  22. hey just wondering if there is a way to change how quick the transmission reacts in manual mode. for instance, when you manually change gears, there is a delay from when you upshift to when the transmission starts its shift procedure. essentially i want to reduce the time delay from driver input to response from transmission. thanks
  23. For the guys who have tuned both 98 and e85, how much more timing is usually had for the same boost pressure respectively?
