  1. if you have a vehicle that is tuned via sct and pcmtec, can you flash using both programs without locking yourself out of your ecu? i understand reading an sct tuned vehicle has a different OSID different to pcmtec, however, editing a previously tuned sct tuned vehicle, then reflashing with sct at a later date, is there going to be any issues doing this? example say a vehicle is tuned with sct on e85, pull the tune out via pcmtec and edit, reflash back into vehicle, then flashing 98 tune from sct back into vehicle? obviously not at the same time, but at some point after. thanks
  2. If you have a vehicle that has multiple sct tunes, (bp98 and e85 tune) can you read and save both files with just the one licence or do you need to licence both files?
  3. Was mucking around with these settings, seems to give some lump but then it smoothes out, then comes back, then smoothes out etc. Is there other tables that should be fine tuned also?
  4. I will check the computer later and let you know. In spark table there is decel spark angle.
  5. what overlap did you have on the top video? sounds so good
  6. Yes thankyou for that. It was causing all the issues. Could see it in the compare function. Thanks heaps for your help
  7. The car has very low kms, i do believe its the original zf
  8. Doesnt seem to cut anything to be honest, shifts dont have any cut on them, so the change feels lazy is the best way i can explain. Doesnt slip or flare, just lazy shifts, not quick or firm
  9. Pretty certain my old one was haedll8. I tried comparing the 2 but they look identical to stock. This new car has a precision turbo on it, so i cant change everything back to stock
  10. Can you copy the sprint zf calibration onto mk1?
  11. hey guys, just bought a new g6et due to my other car being stolen. this car has already been tuned, but im trying to turn back on the shift burble, ive transferred over my other vehicles settings for torque management, but its not working. i even tried changing back to stock torque management settings but still nothing. does the transmission have to be below a certain temp for things like shift modulation to take effect? cant seem to see whats going on. cheers
  12. let us know if you work it out, keen to see some results
  13. havent tried anything as of yet but did find this, obviously someone worked it out in hp tuners
  14. Anyone mucked around with some ghost cam tuning? Or anyone interested in giving away their secrets lol
  15. What do most people set the cat overtemp stratedy at? Turn off or leave on as factory?
  16. All good, worked it out. Only tcm says unlicensed.
  17. updating to 0.61 results in my files being unlicenced? is there a fix for this?
  18. can you adjust the delay time/ transition rate from open loop fuel control to closed loop fuel control, say from 4000rpm above? cheers
  19. Can you read other vehicle calibrations without licencing the pcm? Say if i want to read another falcon and compare to my own file?
  20. I set it to 0.6 in the main lambda table. Still nothing unfortunately. Not a tune i would run all the time, something i would do as a weekend night tune etc lol.
  21. I do, but have seen flames once before on the dyno. And have seen lots of cars with cats blowing flames too, although different brand exhausts. Mines a nizpro 4 inch
  22. So ive been mucking around with these settings the last few nights, but have not been able to achieve any off throttle flames on sudden lift off. What i have tried is the following Disable all dfco settings Disable all torque management regarding tipout and dfco, number 7 and 16 i believe Increase lambda at 0% throttle above 3500rpm Retard timing above 3500rpm to -5, although this created a lot of bangs and pops, but no flames Tried enabling cat overtemp protection too to no avail Is there any other advice someone can lead me to try to get something? Il link a video of what im trying to get. Mods are gtx3582, all supporting mods on 98. Thanks guys
  23. Perfect. Thats all i needed to know. Thankyou
  24. For novalty purposes only, flames out of the exhaust on decel, how does one achieve this? I understand you need excess fueling in the exhaust, id assume adjust dfco conditions and possibly retard timing on decel? Am i thinking along the right lines?
