I already downloaded the .net 4.7.1 from the pcmtec downloads section

hi guys I just bought the professional editor and after i installed it theres a error coming up saying; critical resources not available critical resources could not be loaded. PCMTEC editor cannot be used. Please ensure your internet is connected and restart the editor. i did the clearing cache trick but still have no luck I installed same way to my brothers laptop and it works fine
