  1. Hello, I see there is no current Ecoboost support yet? Can you still tune the ZF with PCMtec?
  2. @G6ETURBO This is a tricky situation and I guess not a universal solution to every car. I believe that is the right area but your values in your table suggest full unlock. If you're running a stock converter you need to go back to original stock values. After testing the above fix in my vehicle after sometime I noticed it was still there. I believe my lockup on the converter is doing something weird and most likely attributed to warming up the trans fluid. I have actually changed some values in Shift/Converter Schedule 4 and so far so good. Goodluck
  3. I'd first like to thank everyone for their input. @Puffwagon I uploaded the wrong file as I was testing reverting back from custom-os as I was trying to rule out software issues. The changed you pointed out were set incorrectly. @Roland@pcmtec Yes I received the email from support, thank you. I wasn't aware I had an mechanical issue with the current tune, I just assumed the wastegate not being large enough to reduce boost at higher RPM in low boost. It is a modified housing but it's looking like I'm going external gate.
  4. @hjtrbo you are right though the timer in auF11827 is coming into play. Last run down the highway... quick change into 2nd with my foot flat and wheelspin through redline didn't trigger it until I lifted and got back on it Test C.teclog
  5. Thanks but it seems I'm pegged at 35inHg/ 17.2 psi in the mid and still dropping to 24inHG/ 11.8 psi up top. Any change doesn't seem to reflect any increase beyond that. Something weird going on with the FGX sprint calibration.
  6. Hey thanks, yeah I know about the lower line not being correct. I did have a custom os with boost by gear enabled and didn't bother to change it. The lower line was actually the boost curve that was set by my tuner. 18-19psi and I left it there as a reference. I've got a closed loop config which I didn't upload because I'm getting boost cut after 1 hit through the redline. Thinking I need to find another tuner F6 Sprint_CustomOS - ZF Mk1 - Closed Loop Boost.tec
  7. I've had a similar flare issue when shifting from 3-4 at light throttle around 2000rpm. It would only do it on the first shift from 3-4, didn't matter if it was hot or cold. I found from this guide that changing all the unlock variable in the 0-20% range to 0 in third helped the issue. https://fordforums.com.au/showpost.php?p=5195223&postcount=16 TCC table.xls
  8. So recently I've had a new turbo fitted and trying to enable closed loop boost control. My tuner only tuned it in open loop and i would like to have some engine protection if anything were to go wrong. For some reason the over boost flag is being triggered after about 5500rpm The desired boost table auF16459 is set correctly If you look at the logs "desired boost target" drops to 24inHg at 5500rpm, like its defaulting to the stock setting. (TestB1) As a test and still in open loop I changed auF16459 to 25inHg across the table and it still dropped to 24inHg (TestB2) I'm kind of lost to what is going on. Any input or advice would be appreciated TestB1.teclog TestB2.teclog F6 Sprint - Open Loop Setup.tec
  9. Hey mate, Its like running E85. https://www.facebook.com/theboostshack/photos/another-500kw-barra-running-on-pump-98-with-one-of-our-customised-aquamist-water/3265078296844162/
  10. That is true, was on the wavelength of having a normal daily tune with say over boost scramble, roll race tune with anti lag etc.
  11. What I mean is having the cruise toggle do different things within the tunes. So Tune 1 anti-lag when cruise is pressed, Tune 2 disable etc.
  12. @Roland@pcmtec Is it possible to map the cruise button toggle for separate tunes only. Maybe in a future release ? 😘
  13. I will have to test this out and report back. I suppose no warning lights will register?
  14. Can confirm for MK2 & FGX "Module initialization/relearn from Central Config" does work 😁
  15. Did you change over the auto too? As Bill said above the PCM & TCM calibration need to match...
  16. I know this sounds like a dumb question but just for confirmation 0% duty cycle is the wastegate 100% open & 100% dc fully closed ? which would be in auF16463 0 for 100% open & 1 for fully closed?
  17. BTW 760-01-01 through to 760-01-04 is where the VIN is stored 760-02-01 is where the magic is
  18. I am no means an expert and happy to be corrected on anything I say. Mk2 & FGX run a different ABS unit "Bosch 9" from memory and the calibration comes from the Central Car Config. From what I understand, all modules are the same with an internal YAW sensor. Above is from a Forscan session connected to a FGX. Mk2's are the same. And below is a snippet from IDS showing the CCC data from a Mk2 F6. I have yet to install a latter module ABS unit to my Mk1 FG, so I haven't tested the init/relearn function as Ford changed the plug unfortunately. But will update this thread when I do.
  19. Is that TQ_ETC_SRC ? No its not a intake pipe problems, too wet today to test much but I think the car is going into limp mode after a WOT run. As @Puffwagon said I noticed when this happens I'm only getting 20% throttle. If I don't push it, I have boost but i'm still not getting boost control to where I set it. Need to spend more time seeing whats going on
