hi guys , would any body guide mee in the right direction is i wanted cam advanced 4 degrees retard 10 and overlap 55 what would i set where would it be vct cam angle : -4 max retard : 10 and vct overlap : 55 exhaust overlap 55 or is that incorrect

auf0111 - vct angle auF0114 vct max retard is not mentioned in the how to , what would u suggest a good start for reall choppy idle
