  1. I played with a lot of variations to make my r31 idle. Basically everything in drive by wire and pedal are left to the BF configuration. check: AUF0082 - i have mine set to a FG NA configuration. the feed forward request throttle is more in the low load areas on the FG param. (more throttle angle at idle) the idle airflow in p/n i have stock... but you need to watch out the fg ones are lower values so dont use them if your having trouble. there also differences across the turbo/na/allsorts of same model car Now you can bump these number up if your having issues , they only then relate back to the feedforward throttle angle table and pump up the idle.
  2. that looks like a stock file with stock b series injectors. i wouldn't be running any more than 10 psi on std b series injectors. at minimum get some gren 440cc injectors if your running in the double digit boost levels. if you have a 10psi spring then you need basically turn the boost controller off, your not going to need any more additional WG duity. auF0307 - 0 this out. auF0306 - set everything above 3k to something like 17. this is still only 8psi and will still boost cut pretty close to 11.5psi from memory. check you boost gauge if you run anymore than 11ish psi on no WG duty you need to change your spring or upgrade injectors minimum.
  3. i have had a look over your tec file from months ago. i cant see your actuall throttle input, but you can see the throttle position changed as you get to 3k. the TQ source stays as driver demand, but the spark source changes to coldengine/low load at this time...so i had a look through for that. auF0211 - Low load spark adder based on engine speed and load now i dont know if this is even close but this bad boys values only go up to 3k and your hitting 3k...so coinsedence? also your coolant & head tempture doesn't change from 58 that entire log and i find that hard to believe. is your sensor fubared?
  4. just do a compare and select the option to view bits that are different.
  5. The ZF Tq reduction is done in Tourque number, on the btr it goes up to 100 in the td configs.... ""IF"" its also torque number, not percent then you could in theroy add more then 100 for the high load areas. In my eyes its over 350 starts to become the onboost area for tourque load. that could be wrong also. but experement with adding more in those areas.
  6. just a guess, id say if you do that the engine will be producing power on the shift and it will slip more.
  7. Congratulations mate. if you get bored can you tell me how the TQ reductions work, i assume auF2523/auF1269 are used a majority of the time. presumably top row being rpm and left most down row being tourque....im curious are the number like the ZF actually torque reduction, or are they a percentage? i find it curious i didn't see a number over 100.
  8. I assume:This is a global change that afects everything. I dont have a test car but i would change all red to -50 as thats a value that exsist and test. -500 is a value that put it in error to not bleed pressure. I also wanted to test the low and high line pressure . If you open high line pressure and compare na to turbo see the changes? Then add that amount again and test?
  9. Hey i was reading down the first coloum as temptures. Across the top i thought tourque.
  10. did you get anywhere? i put the globals tunes into one car and it bang shifts and carrys on, whitch is fine cause its not street car. but mate put together a basic na+t and i just copied the turbo values over and it seems to work fine...but wondering if there is anything else to do to make the box live longer without sacrificing the low load smoothness.
  11. - Time and amount that rpm limit can be exceeded both set to 0 is this a Bf onward thing, i could not find it in my 2 ba manual cars but it was in the b and teritory auto.
  12. i have had some beer so my memory is not on point. there is a bridge seal and three circle seals thats seal liquid from the top trans casing to the megatronics. i the transmission is slipping in gear - have you played with the line pressures? if the pressure does not meet the target you might have a leak. if you have bad adaptations you might have a solaniod issue. if it during the change, maybe put your shift times back up. or increase your tq reduction during shift. my 3-4 shift on terry was pretty bad but increasing the min TQ reduction time for the 3-4 shift helped this heaps.
  13. Is this one thats you have tunned? Or are you referring to standard Does it have a pressure leak, if so do your three seals.
  14. I only have professional
  15. updated from pcmtec version 2.11.8117 to version on website 2.11.8159. was unable to find "zf00027" in my territory or bfmk2 files, had a look in some fg f6 filed id generated and also not found in those.
  16. i cant find it in my Bf config, it might be a fg only type?
  17. tourque souce in the log, when its at 1 the pcm is thinking everything is great and will be trying to do whatever you ask it to. if its lower than than something is requesting the car to pull tourque. some requests can be cylinder cut and sound like a missfire. just make sure its not that also.
  18. what's the torque source doing when it happens?
  19. personally i prefer to let it hit fuel cut, so i set fuel cut at the desired cut and the rev limiter higher than FC. i had a BA ute with a btr and extractors, 3.7 diff etc etc and when id floor it it would bump redline....i simply lowerd the shift points at wide open till it worked... similar thing happens with the teritory and ZF, but you can just make it shift faster
  20. whats boost level does it reach when you plant it through he midrange, its not overboosting is it? how new are you coilpacks and whats plug gap are you running.
  21. I had an interesting scenario with my bf+t / zf conversion car this month, we fixed a boost leak and when it came up to a new higher boost level the trans would go into limp mode. tried many tuning related things to no avail. one time ti took out the speedo too. was sugested to try new genuine ford coil and plugs, as when they die they create EMI that interfeers with the CANBUS on b series fords. Put new plugs and just generic copper plugs in and the issue went away. interesting note the old and new coils tested the same on the ohms meter...so that makes it hard to narrow down a dead coil.
  22. when i had an abundance of leftover e85 from the race car, i ran my territory well into fuel light - filled up with the e85, changed AUF0117, changed startup timming and set my boost back to WG pressure 8 psi. the boost dial back was me being overly precocious as i only have a 255 in it. Car ran normal as expected. i did notice the throttle tip in was richer than needed, but for the sake of using up leftover fuel i didn't bother playing with it. when i was ready to put 98 back in, let it go to fuel light, put 98 in, drove till the wideband started reading rich (only like 5 kms) then put the settings back.
