I have a PCM on a BA xr6t which refuses to power the wastegate solenoid.
Having confirmed that the issue is the PCM and not happy with the meager 4psi now provided by the turbocharger, I have purchased a matching replacement ABU-244 unit.
My current faulty PCM is running a HAAN9N2 strategy, which is fully licensed.
Do I have to follow the the full procedure outlined in this post, or is there a simpler path that avoids PATS reprogramming and enables the PCM to run with the correct VIN?
