grim5.0
Can you guys advise what specifically defines a transient for these tables? is it triggered by PW increase/decrease? rpm? load? etc. What is the math behind the gain/constant and its impact on the pw as well? auF15854 / auF15849 / auF15866 / auF31127 example cal: FPGS0KT Most all cals have these tables but interested in the gen2 coyote, HR3A-14C204-XD.tec
Roland@pcmtec
The MIDs give them away. "Engine Start Timer elapsed time since engine start." for the Y axis. Basically any fuel that may have puddled is slowly evaporated off based on ECT. One for acceleration one for decel. The IMRC also affects it as well by adding more fuel to the puddle when there is an IMRC transition. Several other things seem to trigger a reset of the "puddle" Here are the multipliers you can datalog to see the affect on PW MID105817 Transient fuel gain during engine acceleration. MID105818 Transient fuel gain during engine deceleration. I believe it simply multiplies these against the desired fuel mass injected.
