MustangKev8766
Hey everyone, my name is Kevin and I hoping and would be extremely grateful for any help or advice with an issue I am having. I am having an issue controlling the burble logic. I'll be honest I was using a competitors software before I seen how awesome and how much more advanced PCMTEC is and I was able to get in working in their software and verify it in logs, I was able to modify the Arming RPM and lengthen the duration and the logic followed all my changes perfectly. In PCMTEC, I was able to get the burble logic working...not verified in log...by using the exact same numbers as in the other software by cross referencing the numbers with PCMTEC as they use oem Ford numbers. There are 3 differences between the other software and PCMTEC in terms of burble lodgic. In PCMTEC the is: auF56508 BurbleAct Switch (will not work without enabling this) auF56507 Debug cal for burble active flag (Also will not work without enabling this either) auF56605 Pedal level to detect burble is armed. (This is set in the background in the other software and now explains why I always had to push the pedal 40% to activate). But the burbles are happening as soon as I let off the pedal. My problem is that I can only get the burbles to work if I enable BurbleAct Switch and enable Debug Cal for burble active flag. But what then happens is the burbles are active as soon as I let off the pedal. They do not follow the RPM arimg parameters or the pedal % parameters or the duration but it does follow the Spark tr_clip used for Normal and Sport mode. Verified by changing these numbers and the intensity of burbles changes with it. I tried setting everything back to the factory settings and just enabling the burbles bur the same thing happens, they start instantly when letting off the pedal at any RPM. The weird thing is the minimum value for the burbles is 1000 rpm and they do stop at that rpm.... but follow no other pedal or RPM parameters...so weird. The tune is the exact same tune that I used in the competitor's software and the only changes I have made are to keep the active exhaust open all the time and these changes to the burble settings. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thank you for creating this amazing software! Cheers!! Kevin Matheson
