FRPP1 Control Pack, torque limit by gear and/or traction control?

I am looking for a way to add traction control or a torque limit (by gear) to my control pack (TC-1791, 5.0, manual). Unfortunately the control pack ECM has no vehicle speed input. I would be able to add either a CAN message or digital switch input (1st gear), so was hoping some would have a suggestion?

I see the strategy already has a torque by gear table, so would anyone know the CAN message ID and data bytes/scaling for sending speed to the ECM and if it is possible to enable the gear calculation?
