skylinedan Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Ok, what I'm thinking about doing is reflashing the car back to stock with the IDS, then reading it with PCMTec again. I used HP Tuners on the car for 4 years, switched to PCMTec , but have issues with flashing tunes. Got a lot of checksum warnings when I first read it, and still have issues . If do that will I loose my license for the car is my concern ? Were talking a 2017 Fusion Sport, and I appear to be the only one using your tuning softwear to do so. Quote
Roland@pcmtec Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Only if the operating system ID changes. You can always flash the original file back on without paying extra credits however as you said I don't believe anyone else has tuned this car with our software. We have not listed this vehicle on our website so if there are issues with it could you please submit a ticket with the original file. If you have the "checksums corrected" and the uncorrected file include both along with the issues you are experiencing. Quote
skylinedan Posted November 13 Author Posted November 13 It's on the strategy list, just not filled out all the way. I'll get something put together and sent in, gonna be a few days though. I'm gonna have to compile a list of issues I see with the editor. Far as the check sums go, it fixed them, but I keep finding cells that make no sense. Not sure if that's part of the fixes, or not. I've have had to do two recoveries due to a no crank issue. flashing is all over the place far as doing partials, or having it disable them. You never know what your gonna get till it starts, and that can be a problem at times. Quote
