Falcs
I am planning on purchasing PCMTEC to flash the stock FPV GT-F calibration file into an FPV GS mk2 ute just wondering if the GS PCM is capable of running the GT-F calibration? I was going to follow your guide " HOWTO: Install FGX XR6 Sprint calibration into MK 2 XR6 Turbo " but just wanted to confirm the Professional version of PCMTEC will allow me to generate stock files from your data base using a GT-F Tare code or would the Workshop version be needed? Roland@pcmtec
Be ware that there might be module mismatches causing all sorts of dramas if you just blindly flash in a different operating system. You may need to modify quite a few things (or nothing) depending on the differences in your vehicle and the operating system you flash in. Falcs
Pretty sure everything is the same.. Not sure on ABS module though.. How would I know if a module doesn't match?

How would I know if a module doesn't match? You'll get a permanent ABS/DSC fault and your ABS won't work. Can also mean your cruise control stops working. You might need to reprogram the ABS module if that happens. You could also try what is written in this post.
