Hi I’m having the same problem with my fg Do you know if this protection feature completely protects the engine against damage as I think mine might have been doing it before I purchased it as it had a 3.5 in exhaust on it when I bought it. They say exhaust with no tuning can cause this.

Hi I have a fg 6Xr6t it is going into limp mode I think from overboost as the exhaust has been done and it needs a tune. Does this function completely protect the engine from damage or is there still a chance it could be damaged. Thanks

Thanks for that the turbo Barras are all new to me been playing around with Cleveland’s for years but after seeing what power you can get out of these things won’t be wasting money on them anymore.
