Security Issue/Immobiliser

Hey All,

i have a 2002 BA xr6 turbo i was playing around with the tune the only thing i changed was the desired boost pressure by 1 psi i then selected read/write and write flash i followed the prompts and everything worked fine i also put in a new boost gauge (i did notice when i started the car the oil pressure gauge was reading max of 100psi could be due to the new boost gauge as it didnt do it prior to the new gauge or prior to the new tune), i then started the vehicle and went to go for a drive i noticed the data logging wouldn't connect to the vehicle the car would accelerate to 2500rpm then cut out completely i turned around and headed back as i was driving all the dash lights came on once i got back i switched the car off and went to start it again and i had no power no accessories i couldn't connect the car to pcmtec or forscan only the interior light and head lights/dash lights worked.

i have the security hand symbol flashing on the dash every couple seconds and a illumined red light on constantly next to my key.

Has my immobiliser been triggered if so does anyone know a work around it I'm out of idea as i cant even connect my laptop to the vehicle as i have no power.
