Thank you Bill PATS already sorted, just have the transmission issue now. Where do I get a manual strategy to compare & make changes?

Hi All Hoping someone can assist. Doing a Barra swap with ECU and all the wiring, turned off PATS and want to change ECU from Auto to Manual. Which setting is this as I cannot find any options under Transmission to toggle? Thanks in advance.
