Can a BF ZF ECU run a Coyote?

Building a hotrod. Wondering if this has been done on anyone's Falcon or other swap?

Basically looking at few drivetrain options.

349ci Boss or Coyote and ZF

349ci Boss or Coyote and 10R80 (requires PBH control pack)
