JackoTJK Posted March 14, 2023 Share Posted March 14, 2023 Has anyone had any luck getting these to work on a Barra PCM? I've bee fighting PDQ's and duty cycles and saturated sensors and the best I can get is 42.88 degrees indicated with 82.5 degrees commanded. Looks about half open so seems OK. It feels like more of a duty cycle issue if I turn it up to open the throttle more it closes after 42.88 degrees so my next step if I can't figure out a setting is to pull it apart and maybe unwrap the spring 1/2 a turn. Voltages are "ballpark" with lows being lower and highs being higher so I can't just use a resistor to tweak the input/output voltage. PDQ P, I and D gain seem to do bugger all as well...
