tdstuart
Anyone using a mini vci j2534 cable like this: https://www.amazon.com/Jugger-J2534-Techstream-Programming-Diagnostic/dp/B07ZCC8QG9/ Its the common amazon cable with a clear cable and clear connector. Has a sticker on it that reads "MINI-VCI J2534 Standard OBDII Communication Interface" Tried installing drivers that were included and online ones. The best I have got it to do is read the vin, but then pcm tec says it can't connect to the pcm. Forscan doesn't work with it either. Roland@pcmtec
Highly not recommended to use this cable. It is slow and has issues even on slower Oak processors. The Toyota (or Mazda) specific one I bought back in 2017 did work but was about 40% slower and unreliable. The OBDX FT is the preferred cable as it allows the editor to run in 64 bit mode. https://support.pcmtec.com/kb/article/3-pcmtec-flashing-hardware-requirements/
