Turbofalcon09
Hi all. I'm trying to narrow down an issue with a box that is having issues with hard downshifts ONLY related to the B clutch, when cold the shifts are perfect but when the temp climbs past 50c it starts to apply line pressure past what is commanded, changing line pressure to a lower parameter does nothing and its still commanding above 10 bar of pressure during the oncoming pressure phase. Reverting everything to stock yields the same result, box has 500kms on it since being rebuilt. I'm leaning heavily towards a dud solenoid, just need to bump heads with some of the experts here to confirm my diagnosis. I've attached two pics where the oncoming is the B clutch and you can feel it through the whole car similar to applying full line pressure while cruising. Top is at 30c, Bottom is at 50c+ Edited February 18, 2022 by Turbofalcon09 Pic arrangement
Turbofalcon09
Cant edit again, but the absolute line pressure during the shift is 10 bar and above
