  1. thanks for the reply bill, This ute has had the turbo ECU and loom installed, We have managed to get the old ORI N/A ECU off the bloke that purchased it so I can read it, I should be able to copy just the VIN over?, the turbo ECU is out of a ZF6 turbo FG mk1 and is going into a ZF6 auto FGmk1 N/A car with a built turbo engine

  2. I got a bit more info out of the customer because I noticed this ECU has the same VIN as the last ute I just tuned for him..... he has another turbo fg, he thought the ECU in that was dead so he replaced it, turns out the ECU was not the problem so he has 2 turbo ECUs with the same VIN and iv got one here that I gotta make work in this N/A turbo converted ute 🤦‍♂️

  3. I have a customer that has dropped his fg off to me... his done exactly what Nathan has done but he sold the old ECU so now I'm stuck with a turbo ECU in this N/A ute and its got the wrong VIN and everything..... anyone got some insight on how I go around programming this turbo ECU to the car lol

  4. Finally got this supercharged BF GT on the dyno and just playing around with fueling and noticed when data logging I can see the MAP reading go above 101KPA but when i datalog/trace the slope of MAP table it will only trace the "0 KPA"  load points... Am I missing something here? lol, I have used the custom OS for increased res on the slop tables and changed it from cam to MAP as load.

excuse the mess of a table haha.

  5. Hi peep's, iv got this 2012 FG MK2 ecoboost falcon in for some diagnostic's and found 2 DTC's

    -   P2229 - Barometric Pressure Sensor A Circuit High

    -   P2230 - Barometric Pressure Sensor A Circuit Intermittent/Erratic

From what I can see this sensor is built into the PCM ?? is anyone able to confirm this or seen this issue before ?

Photo attached of the ECU below.

    Cheer's !!

  6. just wanna thank you Roland to, you didn't have waste your time back and forth, we really appreciate it ! keep up the great work, your a legend

side note, can you guys add a "diagnostic's"   part to the forums ? stuff like this may help a lot of people in my situation, someone may have an idea that may help or seen the problem before.

  7. We have replaced all VAC lines, blocked the brake booster (incase of an internal leak), new PCV, when we had the manifold and everything off we inspected it for crack's though none found, if there is a leak me or 2 of my other tec's can not find it lol.

I'm sitting here with a mate from another work shop and beer's of cause (5:30pm) lol going through all we have done and getting a 2nd set of eyes to go over it and see if he comes up with something.

as I said we have run out of idea's and have nothing more to test electrically or mechanically that we can think of.
