    hi guys , would any body guide mee in the right direction

    is i wanted cam advanced 4 degrees

    retard 10

    and overlap 55

     

    what would i set where

     

    would it be 

     

    vct cam angle : -4

    max retard : 10

    and vct overlap : 55

    exhaust overlap 55

     

    or is that incorrect
