crackle and pop tune in park&neutral

hi just wounding if anyone could shed some light on how to get my crackle and pop tune to work in park&neutral have had a look around but can't find anything?

Up the p/n limits and pull decel timing back to 0, and either add timing to reduce crackle or retard for more

Disable decel fuel cut and change your decel spark timing. There are a few threads on here about it.
