Used for burnouts and wanting to make downshifts happen on command rather than waiting for wheel speed to drop off . Much like a manual shift controller on the btr trans . THRASHED51 Posted November 1, 2021 Author Share Posted November 1, 2021 In theory manual mode is what we want but when on the burnout pad in say 4th gear and power starts to drop off as it gets some traction for instance , selecting 3rd manually the box won’t shift until rpm or wheel speed is low (as a safety I’m sure ) , we need it to shift as close to instant it’s selected as possible .
