    Hey Guys

    When the inlet cam is reading zero degrees, is this the point when the valve begins to open when the engine is bang on TDC or is it lobe centerline?

    Positive numbers = more advance?

    Negative numbers = more retard?

    Thanks Rob

    other way around

    negative = advance
    postive = retracted

  2. Hey dudes. I recently started playing around in My tune a little. An I changed the spark map on the load scale part back to stock na. An adjusted it where was needed.

    I noticed ever since doing that I was able to put more timing into it. What I've posted below is just a mock up.

    So less resolution means it has a quicker pick up is that correct?

  3. hey everybody. just thought i would update. ive decided ill use my AEM wideband controller/gauge set up. an just stick it up under the dash.
    im going to use using the AEM white an brown outputs. to a DLP8 an then wanting to use it to display it on the GFB gauge.

    so my question is,  can i split/tee into the single wideband controller to control the DLP8 an GFB only requires the analog output positive.
    Will this cause inaccuracy or a signal conflict?

    gfb instructions as above https://app.gfb.com.au/storage/uploads/3005-Instructions_04_06_20.pdf?fbclid=IwAR2p5s8eFsK51aMXa71LuAK_wVo4ccBy1MS5vvChY4pc74fSwGrmbcfLP04

  4. Hey guys. I'm looking at getting myself a Spartan 2 wideband controller to use with my GFB Gforce3 so I can watch my afr whist driving.

    I've searched everywhere to find voltage offsets to use with the dlp8 An have had no luck. Has anybody got them laying around is possible?

  5. hey guys, as i do alot of highway kms.
    wondering if its possible to make my NA+T run slightly leaner at cruise.

    from it says decrease for leaner < increase for richer. >
    does anybody have tried numbers to get it run slightly leaner (have tried BF xr6t an FG xr6t, with no change to my AFR on my wideband)

    Also it's not just for the hot days, when you start cranking up the boost you will see a significant intake temp rise just over the course of a single 4th gear pull, unless you have a massive intercooler.

    For the sake of adding an anecdote here, my 1000hp rated plazmaman cooler will go from 30C to 70C going flat out from 1st gear to the end of 4th gear and on the dyno have seen it remove 6 degrees of timing when heat soaked.

    that is bonkers. how long does it take to cool down after the run?

  7. mr dyslexic here.
    wouldn't it be asking for more fuel in drive hence decent trims apposed to the terrible trims in park/netural

    could dashpot have anything to do with it? as from my understanding dashpot is part of the compression side of things

  8. hey guys!
    BF MKII NA+T
    3576 turbo
    using a BF F6 tune including stock injector data (still stock injectors)

    chasing an odd issue. with at idle. the LTFT trims are stupid.
    in park > long term trims are +12ish, but at times they will be under 5%
    in drive they are between -2.5 uptoo +3.9
    (has been smoke tested on the intake)
    an no exhaust leaks, that i can hear

    idle spark in drive holds solid between 9.5 - 10.5 (it asks for 10)
    (still need to see what it runs for at idle in park with no load)

    it did have a 3582r on it before hand. the trims were perfect, ever since changing over. its been a pain in the bum
