Hi Mate , don’t know if you’ll get it with non Turbo , as the injectors are just too small ? ( Eg overrun ) Also the cat seems to spoil the party too ? Also depends on exhaust.
I know with my f 6 310 ( tuned by Forced performance, aka Jamie the guru) its shoots a 5 foot flame out the back with e85 on decel. It has stock decel 20 deg tune in it . But 1000 cc injectors.

This could could kill your motor (hot carbon spots causing pre ignition or hydrolock at idle if you held it down) but you could put the individual cyl trims in the launch tune and make 2 cylinders go 100% duty cycle. That way the other cylinders should keep the EGT high enough to ignite the fuel. Only pull the launch button at high rpm to ensure it goes out the exhaust.
