  1. Hi K44, the red icon is to indicate what parameters have been changed (compared to the stock file) for the strategy in the current open file. If you want to see the differences between the two files, you would need to follow the steps I mentioned in my last reply.
  2. Hi K44, to compare two different files in your case, you could follow the steps below. Create a stock file of KTDS4NF and leave it open in the Editor. Press "Compare/History". Press "Load Compare File" in the compare view. Select your licensed tune file in the file dialog. Then it will show you all the differences between the two files. Hope this helps.
  3. Hi Bill, what exactly happened when you logged in via the Edge browser? Could you please also share your Edge browser setting so we could investigate for you?
  4. Hi sparkie.m@xtra.co.nz, The source code is no longer available. But the top link still works and you can use that exe in the folder for testing. Best regards
  5. Hi Rob, Sorry to get back to you this late. I wasn't able to reproduce the issue as you stated so I will need further debugging. The files you uploaded are enough. Thanks for that. But at the mean time, could you please update your Editor version with the latest release on the download website? And try if you can reproduce the same issue with your vehicle? https://www.pcmtec.com/downloads Best regards, Zhuojian
  6. Hi Puffwagon, if you see that happens again in the future, could you please let use know by raising a support ticket or send us an email to support@pcmtec.com? Also it would be great if you could also upload the Editor logs to us by "Help" -> "Send Editor Logs to support". Thanks in advanced!
  7. Hi, What version of the Editor you are using at the moment? You could check it via "Help" -> "About". What cable are you using for datalogging? What car is it? There is a way to load your pre-saved layout or default layout back. When the datalogger is running, at the bottom left corner, there is a "Load" button. Press that button and you can load the layout file you want.
  8. Hi Rob, sorry for not being cleared. Could you please also upload the .tlo file you saved to us? It should be in this path "\Documents\PCMTec\Logging Layouts". Thanks!
  9. Hi Rob, could you please also upload the layout files(Trac1, Trac2) you mentioned in the message? Thanks.
  10. Hi Rob, just to gather a bit more information. What version of the Editor are you using? Are you logging the Falcon or Mustang? What cable are you using for connection? Could you please do "Help" -> "Upload Files to Support" -> "Upload Editor Logs to Support"? Thanks.
  11. Hi Will, I have received the email, did you remember what parameter you modified which caused a Full Write?
  12. Hi Will, we have not received the file yet.
  13. Hi Will, could you please upload the CustomOS file to support@pcmtec.com? What parameter has you changed? It's known that for some specific parameters in BA once you modify it, we have to do a full write otherwise a partial write will brick the PCM. Update - The issue above is resolved in 2.11
  14. Hi Will, As you are with Workshop Edition, you will have the feature of "Populate Unlicensed File" under "Calibration Tools" which allows you to view the file without licensing the file, as long as it's not tunerlocked by someone else. So you just need to open the file, go to "Calibration Tools" then "Populate Unlicensed File". We have a licensing guide on the first page of the CustomOS Wizard. If the Editor is asking you for 5 credits, its most likely a Standard Custom OS file. Best regards, Zhuojian
  15. Hi Steve, Could you please upload a screenshot of your "System Information"? One thing I can think of is that, your laptop might require "VC++ 2015-2019 x86" in the bottom of the website page. Please try to install that and try it again. https://www.pcmtec.com/downloads Best regards, Zhuojian
