tried 1 for auf0287 still the same, 4000rpm 100dc, no codes
-
I don't know whats going on now I just tried 0 desired boost and still commands 100% dc and it's all ways at the 4000rpm
-
just did all that's recommended in the starting point list, plus changed auf2776 back to 100 and still the same. alex fg ute pcmtech.tec 4.tec
-
well im just gonna leave the car sitting on the dyno until we have a brain storm
-
I would have it sorted now if it stopped its silly under boost business I did what I told it to lol.
-
if we sort this might good be a starting point?
-
just run it up on the dyno with your suggestions and its still doing it. alex fg ute pcmtech.tec 3.tec

ok iv done all that but there a few tables I don't have auf1193, auf1679, auf16551
-
like this alex fg ute pcmtech.tec 2.tec

I tired it both ways after our convo yesterday, one way no duty cycle the other way under boost kicks in and 100% duty cycle
-
im logging all that and on a dyno, it's a gtw3684r external gate
-
I have, it gives me no duty cycle then
-
I would like to dial in open loop before I even consider closed
-
if I set that table to 100 there is no wgdc at all, did you look at my file?
-
I will give it a try, but there are a lot of tables that say they will do things but must get over ridden. Eg max wgdc I set that to say 70% for some safety but it just dose nothing. Answer to Roland I just don’t like the fact that if at any time ( if something go’s wrong) the ecu see’s even 1 psi of under boost it will give 100% dc, this is a large turbo and will pump out 35 plus psi.
-
ok no worries, the only way I can stop it from doing it is to make the desired boost table lower then actual. But I just find that a shit way of going about it.
-
I just change auf3184 the other way and still the same alex fg ute pcmtech.tec

I have zeroed out all the pid, I want to run open loop with out it all of a sudden giving 100% dc
-
how do I stop the ecu from commanding 100% duty cycle when it see's an under boost condition?, I have read the how to.

ok iv been tuning with hp tuners and im finding it hard cross over and to now what tables are the same in pcmtec. is there a way I can tell if the tables are the same because there are a lot of tables named different things and some I can't fined. In hp there is a ecm number for each table the same as efi live, is there any where in pcmtec that there is this table number.?

2010 fg xr6 turbo, ok no worries I thought we could do it with all cars. I’ll email the files to get the beta software

UPDATE boost by gear is available here: How do I go about adjusting boost by gear, I noticed there is only the wot adder and muiltplier tables the same as hp tuners, I hope there’s more to it then that?
-
Is there anyway I can turn off the over boost and under boost threshold, and just tune the duty cycle table.
