will15
I’m more then likely going to have to tune this car after some issues are fixed, I have sucked the tune out to have a look at it and it come up with a note saying I have to license it before I can look at it or tune it. (Please see attached pic) I think it is a sct flash tune will it definitely work?, just don’t want to waste 3 credits on it to find out I can’t do it. Roland@pcmtec
If you have the workshop version of the software you can use the "populate unlicensed file" option from the calibration tools menu. A SCT tune will definitely license no problem, you should read this guide to ensure the return to stock functionality works. https://forum.pcmtec.com/index.php?/topic/113-howto-license-a-file-from-a-3rd-party-hand-controller/
FrogXA
Yes, My SCT tuned BF XR8 licensed no problems at all using the Professional version of the software.
apoc
Yep, I also licensed a BF N/A (HACCKBC) SCT tune with no issues. Tune wasn't amazing (no timing changes made, just got the trims close), so ended up re-doing most of it.
