  1. Both logs show it? But less pronounced on the canbarra version. No speed: Canbarra:
  2. But why do we have to check the channel boxes when changing layouts offline? It's fucken annoying. If I load a layout, just load it how I had it. I can't change the dlp equations offline, that's annoying. And has someone got confused with gauge pressure and absolute? Map channels are offset by baro when checking (wtf is) atmosphere. I.e. on the highway at 100km/h I'm 80kPa. If I select 'atmosphere' it reports 180kPa! It should be -20kPa. With all due respect, I think you need to consider pausing the tri-core development and spend 3 weeks in a tune shop switching between HP, EFI and PCMTEC loggers. Ahh, rant over, if you need a field tester and advisor for the needed v3 or v4 logger development I've got my hand up.

    maf sensor?

A whole bunch of maths I reckon. 🤷
  4. Yes, you won't be able to view it and it will inform you it's tuner locked.
  5. That's a logical conclusion. But first check the basics like fluid level etc. You can bump up the line pressure for those gears to try and buy you some more time.
  6. I've never ever seen that. What sort of tp? Light, mid or high? Did you log the shift pattern and double check oss values?
  7. I'm negative today... Just because of the price of these things and companies that 'create a market' for something that probably really didn't need it. You lose mis-fire monitor and they require dwell time tuning? That's what I read. Questions I have in an attempt to save you some money: What are other people running at your power level? Is your plug the correct heat range and type? Refer to old school tuner Can your dwell settings be changed to make the coil more aggressive? Puff is a good public source of knowledge (unlike the others who take then keep it all to themselves, the big barra secret, oooah) and loves winding up the boost. Hopefully he replies. Negativity over.
  8. With respect to your original post, it's tuner locked fella! Forscan 'might' be able to do a recovery write to it, but you will lose your tune. Get in touch with Brett at Custom Machine Works. He will refuse to unlock PCMTEC tunes, however I'm not sure of his position on HP / SCT unlocks. Whatever the situation, at the least he can return it to stock so you can get on with tuning.
  9. Remote mounted batteries need some care with install. I'd add module voltage to your log as well. SCT is the pits. Rolls offers good advice.
  10. Looks very much like you have a tuner locked ecu by software other than pcmtec.
  11. If you're not already log the under and over boost flags. Would be interesting to see if the underboost flag is true when you have your issue in closed loop.
  12. I've got time on my hands, can I work from home? I'm undertaking intensive physical rehab after a nasty injury.
  13. mate, don't look too hard, there's a lot more than that. OCD level activated lol.
  14. Don't go stupid on the boost. You'll need to muck with timing and fuelling if you do. Keep it around the stock boost level whilst you're playing / learning to be safe.
  15. Follow and execute the open loop tuning how to will give you a very good step up from where you're at. I only looked at the turbo part of your tune, not much has been touched so you haven't got much to change. As a training exercise I suggest returning your turbocharger section to stock, then follow the open loop how to.
  16. Made some updates: Paste with axis info from PCMTec or HP Tuners Separate x axis paste from PCMTec Add or remove number of decimal places displayed Single or multi edit of selected cell(s) Single or multiple graph point(s) can be selected and moved with immediate table update To do: Undo / redo function Tidy up of cell editing Implement decimal rounding on the data table when moving the graph points More copy options, e.g. copy with axis More paste options e.g. paste special functions Wish list: Interpolate functions Input csv data for x & y axis and generate output plot so table changes can be visualised from existing data runs Edit: I've reached out to Elmue the developer of the 3D graph code to see if the way the axis are displayed can be improved. He has said he will investigate but made no promises. PCMTEC 3D Viewer_V0.2.zip
  17. Lol, oh hell no. You'd cringe at my work compared to yours. If you could get onto Cletus McFarland and get him going with rolling anti lag on 1 of his Ford trucks that would make for a good sponsorship video. That bloke racks up a 1M+ views in a day or 2.
  18. Well holy fuck, tried the new Forscan Beta with module programming recovery mode. She bloody worked!!! My PCM is back alive and ready to roll. Caveat is you need to buy the 1 year license at $21AUD, the extended trial license won't let you do it.
  19. PowerFC, that's a blast from the past! I've got a never fired built RB25DET stowed away for a rainy day. You still got the SR? They're a great motor, very fun in a light car. Is there much that can be seen by pulling the cover off the PCM? I'm imagining it's completely full of potting compound. Before I send it to Brett at Custom Machine Works, I'm going to give the Forscan recovery mode a crack (assuming Ford PCM's are supported?). I might get lucky and the boot loader still exists and responds to comms over can for a brief moment after power is applied. 🤷‍♂️
  20. Roland will know for sure, but I'm taking a guess based on the table description that it relates pedal movement to throttle blade response. A bit like those Gatorade throttle controllers you can buy from supershit.
  21. As per the title. Gutted too as it is an APS-234; they're worth gold now. Also has a whole bunch of custom OS credits in it, but I know I can get those transferred with the serial merge service. It is my bench test set up, maybe I hit a can line with 12V, I don't know. Anyway, the can lines are completely dead. I am curious, is there a way to get it into boot loader mode? All above my security clearance I imagine .
  22. Right on. Considered sponsorship? From all the you tubing I've done, they get good crowds over there to drag and drive meets etc. That 3D library I linked to above is very good. My backyard QA was to link 12 plots together and have them spinning around, zooming and panning all at random. On a mid range laptop she was smooth as butter. I haven't looked into this yet, but was thinking of window hooking into whatever table is open in the pcmtec editor to get the table data and axis. I've just started playing around with the point edit call back function. Pretty cool.
