Can we get a injector database going for all tried injectors currently running 42lb bosh Green injectors on 58psi fuel pressure

Need Information   for Siemens 60lb injectors on that base pressure in the ba xr6t

Would be nice to have a sticky going like on the evo forum

One issue with an injector database is it is dependent on fuel pressure so providing people can measure or they are confident they are running stock pressure.

Another issue is SD varies with VE. So if you don't change your SD then what makes perfect slopes on a baby FG turbo won't be the same for a GTX3582. As most people change injectors and the turbo at the same time you have a chicken and egg problem, do you tune SD or do you tune the slopes? You'll get a different answer depending which tuner you speak to.

So if we do have a database we should list offset, min pw, deadtime, turbo, SD tables and which turbo you have. Very quickly you end up with a lot of variables that you need to be aware of.

Yes I found a thread from 2018 about scaling the dekas this is what I found apparently nascar America run the 60lb and 80lb so must be reasonable I'm hoping to tune mine for 12psi actuator I just installed so I'm wanting to scale the dekas and then play with the boost

I already have a larger front mount cooler

Gt3582 ba xr6t

3 inch to 3.5 inch exhaust

12psi actuator came with extra springs

Deka 650 60lb injectors currently run bosh 42lb but thought I'd give it head room

Walbro 450 fuel pump

Still have a 4 speed auto in it so would be nice to find a file to compare in the auto with the setup I have and to tweak it a little bit more where its needed

If any one has a file that has the 60lb injectors and 12psi actuator with the ba 4 speed file that would be awesome

I have got the tune working off a manual tune and box shifting but when under hard throttle it slips abit if you get off it a slight bit it kicks up to the next gear I think it has to do with the torque tables tho

Need a file with haanfh4 60lb deka injectors and 120psi actuator if any one is willing to share for me to have a try

I have 60lb Deka's in my 2008 F6X. The tune is mild (not tuned by me) but idles pretty much perfectly (might need 100rpm now as an engine mount is hammered!) and I never had any issues in my previous BA turbo with them either. Idle on the BA's though were up around the 850rpm mark from memory as they did have a tendency to stall...

Not sure if that's all I do is just attach my tune so see attached file!

I'm hoping you might be able to clear something up for me I'm lead to believe the FG F6 run a larger fuel injector an believe they are meant to be 440cc light blue in colour, in my territory i have the Bosch 42lb injectors 440cc Green in colour, Do you know if they are the same injectors other than 3/4 size compared to full length and a colour difference ? and could the FG F6 injector data be possibly transferred across into my Territory or are there other parameters that would have effect on the injector scaling and settings ?

I have attached sheet that show difference between Territory and FG F6 for injectors / comparison also my current setting for the Bosch 42lb injectors, i had a look through the Forum but couldn't see anyone else with injector scaling info for these injectors

this then leads to my next question

essentially the Bosch 42lb injectors have been fine in my car i  changed my intake to an FG XR6T and installed a front mount and all readings have been fine AFR etc for last 12 months Until i recently changed my air intake to the FG cross over pipe and the FG larger muffler delete intake pipe. now my AFR fluctuate between 15.5 and 14 .5 at idle and same for light cruising speed, it seems that at light cruising when i back off to go around a corner it goes to AFR of 16 for a few seconds then once im back on the pedal it comes back to around 14 AFR,  does this mean my low slope on the injectors are now out as more air is getting into the engine and do i need to be adjusting the slope or do i adjust the speed density table. at idle and low throttle i'm guessing i'm still in closed loop fuelling what table effects this or is there a way i can transfer FG F6 settings across into my car for all the essential AFR related items and if so which tables do i need to import essentially that is what my car a is now a FG f6  as i have the 35/82 turbo same as F6 or do i input the FG F6 injector data into my car

any information or assistance would be appreciated

If you have the workshop edition you can compare the injector scalings for every Ford from 2002-2016 via the calibration list. If you have professional only you can compare the injector scaling via entering the catch code of various vehicles into the return to stock wizard and comparing the data this way.

Regarding the AFR fluctuations, assuming the injector scaling is correct for your motor you could visit the speed density section at low loads (map offset) and scale here however at idle if your AFR is still swinging this suggests a problem with your O2 sensor.

If you have changed everything from an F6 then you might be better off comparing against the F6 calibration the parts came from and see what differences Ford made. Beware that unless everything is identical (eg same pistons and valve train) you cannot simply copy the speed density over, you will need to recalculate it manually by logging each point and generating histograms in something like megalog viewer.

If you haven't already read this thread here.
