Hi I have paid for the workshop upgrade and a couple more credits. How do load the upgrade and credits, also how do we view how many credits we have or have used?.

Doesn't the main page of your account have the link to download the Workshop version? I think it's a new install not an upgrade as such.

The program tells you how many credits you have on the login page. ( modify login )

Hi Will, the next time you open the Editor you will see your account has been upgraded. The number of credits will be displayed in the log window on the bottom of the screen. We are adding an enhancement to the Editor that will also show you your current licenses.

In the mean time if you send us an email we can send you back a list of all your licenses. 0.75 has a new license viewer tab we have added.

As Darryl said the workshop upgrade doesn't require a different software version, it automatically will download the updated templates.

If you've bought the upgrade we still need to activate it manually however yours should be done already Will.

Will, your old licenses will be upgraded automatically the next time you start the Editor up. You only need to email support if you want to see what is currently licensed until the next release of the Editor.

Not sure if I have done something wrong but my Workshop version has zero credits and I've only licensed my own car? Isn't there 18 credits in a Workshop version or have I somehow licensed the same vehicle multiple times?
